You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. Sharing your account with or granting access to any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. 2k23 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at any time in the interest of platform security. Providing false or misleading information may lead to account termination and forfeiture of your balance. We employ advanced encryption technology at all times to ensure a safe and responsible experience.
By using the 2k23 platform, you agree to use this service for lawful purposes only. Any form of fraud, hacking, phishing, or other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Using any scripts, bots, or tools that disrupt the normal operation of the platform is completely prohibited. You must treat other users with respect and refrain from sending any harassing or offensive messages. Any attempt to compromise the platform's security measures will result in immediate account closure and possible legal action.

All financial transactions on the 2k23 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support all major payment methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits will be credited to your account once processed, and withdrawal requests will be handled within the designated timeframe. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds through fraudulent means will result in the cancellation of the transaction and the account being placed under investigation. 2k23 is not responsible for any third-party payment processing fees that may apply to a transaction.
Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed and will remain on hold until verification is complete. If money laundering or other illegal financial activity is suspected, 2k23 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled in a competent court of Bangladesh. 2k23 upholds internationally recognized principles of fairness and transparency and is committed to protecting user rights.
